We offer a personal touch, having a friendly, comprehensive team with no agents and a no hard sell approach throughout the whole process, and we believe this to be really important.

The Survey
At this stage we will visit you at home to discuss your options and specifications. Our extensive knowledge in Shutters allows us to advise you in all aspects and advise you in your final decision. We have a comprehensive range of samples for you to choose from, showing the aesthetics and product across all our ranges.

All shutters are bespoke and made to measure. It is important to us that the initial measuring stage is correct in terms of which product will benefit your windows and allow your shutters to be a perfect fit when we install.

Choosing the right product
There is a variety of factors that can influence on this decision of your shutter, such as the window shape, window size and room. A specific style can enhance your window dramatically, and our aim is to ensure this is the case every time. The most common styles are full height, café, and tier on tier because they are flexible, versatile and can be used on most window types.

Our range of shutter materials is the widest in the UK and is designed to suit all budgets starting from our entry-level Composite UPVC lightweight range to Craft wood MDF, solid wood and our high spec Composite UPVC solid range. They offer a wide variety of colour palette with a huge choice of painted, stained and natural finishes.

Choosing the right company
Our Team is compact, fully trained and extremely knowledgeable. With a history of running a family business for many years. We feel we have the right ingredients for what our customers require. We do not sub-contract our installations to unknown tradesmen. All our Sales, Surveys and Installations are done in house by us.

Warranty
The Norfolk Shutter Company offer warranty, applicable to each specification of shutter provided. From 3 years to 10 years from the time of the original purchase, and provided that such products has been well maintained. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and any resale or other transfer of the product and/or materials voids this warranty.

This is a limited warranty, and the obligation of the manufacturer is solely limited to repair or replacement of the plantation shutters or shutter components found to be defective, at the manufacturer’s sole discretion. Repairs will be made only with like or similar parts. This warranty does not include shipping charges, costs of labour for measuring and/or installation, or trip charges.

This warranty does not cover any condition of or damage to the window shutters or window from unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, act of God, motorized devices, daily wear and tear, and moisture damage, exposure to elements or excessive humidity, and failure to follow instructions with respect to cleaning or maintenance.

Improper, inappropriate, or unauthorized replacement parts, repairs or maintenance voids this warranty. This warranty excludes all liability for removal of the shutter and reinstallation in the same or another window, or damage to the window frame, glass or any other portion of the window. Due to manufacturing processes, natural variations in colour, grain and texture in the products, the manufacturer is not able to guarantee exact matches on subsequent orders. Returns of the shutters cannot be authorised due to these normal variations.

Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, as well as details regarding the nature of the problem, location of the product, etc. We reserve the right to have the goods returned to an approved location for inspection before implementing the warranty.

All other warranties, both expressed and implied, are explicitly disclaimed. This warranty excludes all liability for incidental or consequential damages, or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.
